HS Captains- Positive Coaching Alliance Workship 1/15

Positive Coaching Alliance will be back on campus Wednesday 1/15 for our first workshop of 2020. All ’19-20 high school captains are asked to meet in Prep room 101 at 2:30pm on Wednesday. Charger Baseball Players Earn All Region Honors

The 1A East Region released their All-Region Teams yesterday, with give Arete Prep Chargers being recognized. Senior lefty Pierce Garver was selected 1st team All Region, after he led an inexperienced Charger team to the state playoffs both on the mound and at the plate. Varsity Baseball Qualifies for 1A State Tournament

The Chargers Varsity Baseball team has qualified for the 1A State Baseball Tournament as the #13 seed.  We will play #4 Superior HS at 6:30pm on Friday, May 3rd. The two teams split the regular season meetings, with the Chargers defeating then #2 Superior 7-6 last week. Location:  REDS field #4 : Goodyear Baseball Complex (GBC)

Varsity Baseball Picks Up Huge Win Over #2 Superior

Timely hitting and solid defense helped Arete top #2 Superior HS. Arete defeated the #2 ranked Superior Panthers Friday night 7-6.  Senior Ben White batted in 3 runs with his 2 singles and a double.  Jamison Brown came up big in the outfield and also on a key at bat the helped the Chargers win.
