Arete MS Track and Field got off to a great start at GHMSL Meet #1, which was held Saturday 3/27 at Ben Franklin HS. Highlights included:

• On the boys side, Michael Harambasic winning his 100m and 200m races with 11.75 and 25.62 respectively.
• Max Bruns came in 3rd in the 800 with a 2:31 and 2nd in the 1600m with a 5:23
• Nik Egan coming in 2nd in the 100m Hurdles with an 18.50 and 1st in discus with 88-08
• Max Bruns, Michael Harambasic, Prahlad Rattan, and Ben Bellomy dominated the boys 4X400m with a time of 4:22

For the girls

• Kylynn Nelson coming in 3rd in the 200m with a time of 31.88
• Jennie Knotts getting 2nd in the 800m with a 2:56
• Rebecca Ponce coming in 3rd in the 1600 with a 6:24
• Mya Page, Amelia Borgren, Isabella Restivo and Zoe Ruiz getting 2nd in the Short Medly Relay with a collective time of 2:22.69
• And Jennie Knotts, Brooke Stoops, Kara Sistak and Alyssa Villagomez also dominating the 4X400m with a 5:12.90
