Wednesday, Friday 4:00-5:30 at Arete Field
This training is for the following:
- Any girls soccer players, high school or middle school, who aren’t doing a sport right now and want to get fit before our official practices start,
- Any girls interested in trying out soccer this season, want to meet Coach Whitehead and understand his philosophy for the game, or
- Girls who know they want to play soccer, are currently playing soccer, and want to get some extra training in.
We will be working on ball skills in the context of conditioning for soccer. The conditioning will progressively get harder over the month of October in anticipation of starting our official training on November 9th. We will be working on foundational ball control and developing fast feet. Please bring your own ball, water, and soccer shoes.
