The Fall 2020 Cross Country season starts next week for both middle school and high school. The HS Chargers will compete in the East section of the AIA’s Division IV, and will once again be led by Coach Jon Spano. Arete graduated Adam Whitehead, who will run for Dallas Baptist this fall. The boys will now be led by upperclassmen Wes Lannuier (3rd place finish in the section in 2019,) Logan Hansen, and Helaman Forsyth. The girls will be led by Senior Sara Tollen. The MS Chargers (open to grades 5-8) will compete in the Great Hearts Middle School League and will be led by second year coach Darryn Rozas. Meet schedules for both groups are being developed and finalized.

All Fall athletes must complete and turn in the following Covid permission slip to begin participation, along with all other league and school requirements. All athletes will have their temperature checked upon arrival to practice each day. Arete is following CDC, NFHS, and AIA protocols for safety this fall.
