Multiple Teams · Uniform Drop off and Spring ’20 Refund Info


Dear Charger Families,

Due to the school closures through the end of the school year, we are sad to announce that we will not be continuing our Spring sports season for middle and high school. As such we will be giving each family 65% of their Spring athletic fee back upon the return of their uniforms. Beginners Archery will be refunded 100% as the season never got started. 2020 Spring fees will not be able to roll over into the 2020-2021 school year.

We will be collecting uniforms on Wednesday April 8th, and Thursday April 9th. This will coincide with locker content pickup, with the following schedule:

11 am-12 pm       Families T-Z

12 pm-1 pm         Families A-K

1 pm-2 pm           Families L-Z

2 pm-4 pm           Open to all

We kindly ask that you adhere to the following guidelines:

  1. Please place the laundered uniforms in a zip-lock bag with the student’s name, grade, and team marked on the outside of the bag.
  2. While you are picking up your student belongings, there will be bins outside the gym entrance to collect the zip-lock bagged uniform.

You will receive your refund after all collected uniforms have been sorted and marked as returned after our collection day. We will be laundering all turned in uniforms before we put them into storage.

If you do not wish to receive a refund, please indicate it on your zip-lock bag. All non-refunded fees will contribute to fulfilling the 2019-2020 athletic budgets. We know that this can be a difficult time for families, so we completely understand and fully respect your request for a refund.  However, if you can allow us to retain your athletic fee, please know that it will greatly help us cover our costs during this time.

We understand that you may have questions around refunds of other types of fees such as ENCA, field trips, etc. Our school leadership will be sending a communication this coming week with further details on those specific returns. Please keep your eye out for that email.
